Our history

Vindr was founded in 2019 by Camilla Andersson and Jan-Olav Øderud, and Marko Viiding later joined them to establish the company in the Baltic region. Together, they joined forces to build a leading position as a renewable energy producer in Norway, Sweden, Estonia, and Latvia.

In 2026, the Swedish division of Vindr was acquired by NTR’s fourth investment fund.
